SolveStackHQ is a premium digital store providing Solution Packs. We create step-by-step instructions, spreadsheet templates, tracking dashboards, and outline blueprints to help professionals solve career, financial, and organizational challenges.
Who are these Solution Packs for?
Our primary audience is young professionals (22–35) looking for practical, direct systems to achieve real outcomes. If you prefer templates and immediate actionable guides over academic lectures, this is for you.
Are these physical items?
No. SolveStackHQ products are digital. After payment confirmation, the checkout page provides a secure browser download link for the purchased file. No physical books are shipped.
Purchase & Delivery
How does digital delivery work?
Once Paystack confirms payment, you will be redirected to a confirmation page with your secure download. The link remains active for 7 days or up to 3 download attempts.
What payment methods do you accept?
Payments are processed securely by Paystack. Available payment methods may vary by country, currency, card issuer, device, and our Paystack account settings.
What is your refund policy?
Digital purchases are not normally refundable after access or download, but we will help with duplicate charges, failed delivery, corrupted files, or products that are materially different from their description. Mandatory consumer rights still apply; see our Refund Policy for details.
Files & Updates
What file formats are included?
Depending on the pack, you will receive PDF instruction booklets, Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets spreadsheets, Word/Google Doc templates, and markdown checklists.
Do I get product updates?
Product updates are not guaranteed. Any update availability and access instructions will be communicated when a specific product is updated.
