1. Who controls your information

SolveStackHQ controls the personal information used to operate this store, process orders, deliver products, and provide support. Privacy questions or requests can be sent through our contact page. Paystack separately controls or processes information under its own privacy terms when you use its hosted payment service.

2. Information we collect

• your email address and, if supplied, your name;
• order details such as product, amount, currency, status, date, and transaction reference;
• delivery details such as secure-token expiry and download count;
• support messages and the information you choose to include; and
• basic technical and security logs produced when the site or its APIs are used.

3. Payment information

Payments are processed on Paystack's systems. SolveStackHQ receives transaction results and references needed to confirm and fulfil an order, but does not receive or store your complete card number, PIN, CVV, or online-banking password. Please review Paystack's privacy information on the payment page for its separate handling of payment data.

4. Why we use information

• to create, confirm, deliver, and support your order;
• to prevent fraud, secure the service, diagnose failures, and enforce product licences;
• to keep accounting, tax, payment-dispute, and compliance records; and
• to respond to requests and meet applicable legal obligations.

These uses are necessary to perform the purchase contract, comply with law, and pursue legitimate interests in operating and protecting the store. We do not currently use checkout details for marketing; if that changes, any consent required by law will be requested separately.

5. Who receives information

We do not sell or rent customer data. We share only what is reasonably necessary with Paystack, hosting and database infrastructure, transactional-delivery providers when configured, and advisers or authorities where required to protect rights, investigate fraud, or comply with law. Service providers may process data in other countries under their contractual and legal safeguards.

6. Retention and security

Download access normally expires after seven days, although order and transaction records are kept for as long as reasonably needed for fulfilment, support, security, accounting, tax, payment disputes, and legal obligations. Support and technical records are removed or anonymised when no longer needed for those purposes.

We use access controls, secure connections, restricted administration, and other reasonable safeguards. No online system can guarantee absolute security, so please do not send payment credentials through support messages.

7. Cookies and third-party services

SolveStackHQ does not currently use advertising cookies. Essential storage may be used for security and administration. When you continue to Paystack, its hosted service may use its own cookies or similar technology under its privacy policy.

8. Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to certain processing, request portability, withdraw consent, or complain to a data-protection authority. These rights can have legal exceptions, including records we must retain. Submit a request through the contact page using the email associated with your order so we can verify it safely.

9. Changes

We may update this policy as the store or its providers change. Material revisions will be reflected on this page with a new last-updated date.
