1. About these terms

These terms apply when you browse SolveStackHQ or buy a SolveStackHQ digital product. By placing an order, you confirm that you can enter into this agreement and that the information you provide is accurate. If you do not agree, please do not complete the purchase.

2. Products and order acceptance

SolveStackHQ sells downloadable playbooks, templates, worksheets, guides, and related digital resources. Product pages describe what is included, the file format, compatibility, price, and transaction currency. Please review these details before paying.

An order is accepted only after the payment provider confirms successful payment. We may refuse or cancel an order affected by suspected fraud, an obvious pricing error, or a technical failure. If a captured payment cannot be fulfilled, we will provide a replacement or refund as appropriate.

3. Prices and international purchases

The checkout displays the total charged by SolveStackHQ and its transaction currency. Your bank or card issuer may convert that amount into your local currency and may apply its own exchange rate, international transaction fee, or other charge. Those issuer charges are outside SolveStackHQ's control. Purchases are one-time payments unless a product page expressly states otherwise.

4. Payment and delivery

Payments are processed by Paystack. SolveStackHQ does not receive or store your complete card number, PIN, CVV, or online-banking credentials. Payment methods available on Paystack's hosted payment page can vary by country, currency, device, issuer, and merchant-account settings.

After confirmed payment, access is provided through the success page and a secure download link. Each link normally permits up to three downloads and expires after seven days. You are responsible for entering a working email address and saving the files after delivery. If delivery fails, contact us through the support page.

5. Licence and permitted use

A purchase grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the downloaded resources for your own personal use or internal business operations. You may adapt them for that permitted use.

You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, publicly share, publish, or make the original or adapted files available as a competing product or template library.

6. Intellectual property

SolveStackHQ and its licensors retain ownership of the products, site content, branding, and underlying intellectual property. Buying a product gives you the limited licence above; it does not transfer ownership of the product or its intellectual property.

7. Professional-advice disclaimer

Products are general educational and operational resources. They are not legal, financial, tax, accounting, medical, or other regulated professional advice, and they are not a guarantee of a particular business, career, or financial result. You are responsible for checking and adapting a resource for your circumstances and local requirements.

8. Refunds

Refunds, replacements, and delivery support are governed by our Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded in your country.

9. Availability and liability

We work to keep the website and downloads available, but temporary interruptions can occur. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SolveStackHQ is not responsible for indirect, consequential, or business losses arising from use of a product. We do not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded.

10. Changes and disputes

We may update these terms for future use or purchases and will change the date above when we do. The version shown when you order governs that purchase. If a concern arises, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it. These terms are governed by the laws that apply to SolveStackHQ's operator and your purchase, including any mandatory consumer protections in your location.
